1. What is a Kula Coin?
Kula Coin is a community dining token that gives you access to meals at the Community Dining Center.
2. How do I get a Kula Coin?
Simply select your preferred coin type (Daily, Weekly, or Meal) above, choose the quantity, and click "Buy Food". Enter your M-Pesa phone number to complete the payment. Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive a unique serial number (e.g., KCD001) which you can use to redeem your meals at any Community Dining Center.
3. How many meals does each Kula Coin give me?
Daily coins cover 2 meals, Weekly coins cover 10 meals, and the Meal package provides a special dining experience.
4. How long is a Kula Coin valid?
Each coin has a validity period (shown above). Daily coins are valid for 1 day and Weekly coins for 7 days.
5. Where do I redeem my Kula Coin?
Redeem your coin at any Community Dining Center listed above. Present your serial number to receive your meal.
6. Can I change or refund a Kula Coin purchase?
If you need help with a purchase, contact support and we will assist based on our community dining policy.

Vibo Eats is a food-focused platform that connects users with food vendors, dining centers, and community-based food initiatives. The Platform may include food discovery, ordering, content, partnerships, and token-based food support programs such as Kula Coins.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using Vibo Eats, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Disrupt or interfere with the Platform’s operation
- Misuse content, data, or services provided by Vibo Eats
Vibo Eats reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform if these Terms are violated.
Certain features may require account registration or submission of personal information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.
Food vendors, dining centers, and partners featured on Vibo Eats are independent third parties. Vibo Eats does not prepare, cook, sell, or deliver food and does not control the operations of any vendor or dining center.
Vibo Eats’ responsibility is strictly limited to the provision, administration, and management of Kula Coins and related platform functionality. All food preparation, quality, safety, hygiene, pricing, availability, and service delivery are the sole responsibility of participating vendors or dining centers.
Once a Kula Coin has been redeemed for food or services, it shall immediately become invalid and unusable. A redeemed Kula Coin may only be reused if and when it is recharged or reactivated in accordance with Vibo Eats’ policies or the terms of a specific CSR or community program.
Vibo Eats shall not be liable for:
- Food quality, safety, hygiene, or dietary suitability
- Acts, omissions, or services of third-party vendors or dining centers
- Vendor availability, delays, or service failures
Any concerns relating to food or vendor services should be addressed directly with the relevant vendor or dining center.
Where applicable:
- Prices, fees, or contributions displayed on the Platform may change without notice
- Payments are processed through approved third-party payment providers
- Vibo Eats does not guarantee the availability of items, services, or initiatives
All transactions are subject to confirmation and applicable policies.
Vibo Eats may facilitate or promote community food initiatives, including dining centers, food support programs, or token-based systems such as Kula Coins.
Participation in these initiatives is subject to availability and specific program guidelines. Vibo Eats does not guarantee outcomes beyond reasonable efforts to support community impact.
All content on the Platform, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Vibo Eats and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any Platform content without prior written permission from Vibo Eats.
Your use of the Platform is governed by the Vibo Eats Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Vibo Eats makes no warranties or representations regarding:
- Accuracy or completeness of Platform content
- Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation
- Suitability of food or services for specific needs
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibo Eats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vibo Eats operates.

Vibo Eats trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Vibo Eats or in any manner likely to cause confusion among customers. All other trademarks not owned by Vibo Eats that appear in any Vibo Eats Service are the property of their respective owners.
You may need your own Vibo Eats account to use certain services, and you may be required to be logged in and have a valid payment method associated with your account. If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Vibo Eats reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
If you post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Vibo Eats a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant Vibo Eats and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Vibo Eats for all claims resulting from content you supply. Vibo Eats has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. All purchases of physical items from Vibo Eats are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
It is the express wish of the parties that these Conditions of Use be drawn up in English. In the event of any inconsistency, discrepancy, or conflict between the English version and a translation in another language, the English version shall prevail.

No Agent may access, use, or interact with Vibo Eats Services unless, at all times, it identifies itself and operates in strict accordance with our requirements. No Agent may access, use, or interact with any Vibo Eats Service if we have requested that the Agent refrain from accessing, using, or interacting with the Service.
At our sole discretion, we may limit, including by technical measures, whether and how any Agent accesses, uses, and interacts with Vibo Eats Services.
Buyers agree to processing of their personal data in accordance with the terms of the Vibo Eats Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice. Vibo Eats processes personal data and related services in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy. Third-party sponsors are directly responsible to beneficiaries for any misuse of their personal data, and Vibo Eats bears no liability to beneficiaries for any misuse by sponsors.
We operate an anti-fraud and anti-money laundering compliance program and reserve the right to perform due diligence checks on all users of the marketplace. You agree to provide all such information, documentation, and access to your premises as we may require in order to verify adherence to, and performance of, your obligations under these terms and conditions.
We may disclose information pursuant to a valid order by a court or other governmental body, or as otherwise required by law or applicable regulation.
