Vision
Business Concept HiveShare Kenya is a beekeeping partnership company that installs and manages beehives on farmers' land at no upfront cost to the landowner. We provide the hives, bees, expertise, harvesting, processing, and marketing, while the landowner provides space and security. Profits from honey and other hive products are shared between both parties. Problem Many Kenyan farmers rely on seasonal crops such as maize, generating income only once or twice a year. At the same time, large portions of farmland remain underutilized. Kenya also faces a shortage of high-quality honey despite growing demand from households, retailers, hotels, and health-conscious consumers. Solution HiveShare Kenya transforms unused farm space into a source of income by placing professionally managed beehives on partner farms. The farmer: - Provides land and security. - Receives a share of profits. HiveShare Kenya: - Supplies and owns the hives. - Manages bee colonies. - Handles harvesting and processing. - Markets and sells the products. This creates additional income for farmers without interfering with their normal farming activities. Target Customers Landowner Partners - Institutions with unused land Buyers - Households - Supermarkets - Hotels and restaurants - Honey distributors Revenue Streams - Honey sales - Beeswax sales - Propolis sales - Queen bee and colony sales - Pollination services Competitive Advantage - No upfront cost for farmers. - Professional hive management. - Passive income for landowners. - Scalable partnership model that does not require purchasing land. - Multiple revenue streams from a single hive. Impact Vision To build Kenya's largest network of partner-managed beehives, creating sustainable income for farmers while supplying high-quality honey and bee products to local and international markets.

Education & Training
AMOS CENTRE OF WISDOM ACADEMY
Centre of Wisdom Academy is a community-based education and empowerment hub that provides affordable, quality education to children from low-income families in Mukuru Kwa Njenga. Many children in informal settlements miss school because of poverty, lack of school fees, learning materials, and mentorship opportunities. Our academy addresses this challenge by offering accessible education, sponsorship programs, digital literacy training, life-skills development, and community support services. Our target customers are vulnerable children, youth, and families living in informal settlements. What makes our model unique is that it combines education, mentorship, technology, and community empowerment under one roof. Having personally experienced educational challenges, I understand the barriers faced by these children and have designed a sustainable solution that not only educates learners but also equips them with practical skills for future employment and entrepreneurship. In the future, the academy aims to establish a digital learning center, scholarship fund, school feeding program, and vocational training units to create long-term social and economic transformation in underserved communities.
